JOHN A. FLYNN (1945-1997) and SAM D. DELICH (1940-2004) were extraordinary lawyers.  Both excelled in the courtroom.  More than anything, however, they had the judgment and wisdom to know when cases should be resolved short of trial and the skill to achieve the goals of our clients economically and on consistently favorable terms.  They were our mentors and friends.  We are grateful for the opportunity to have practiced with them and to have learned from them.
