Alisa Manasantivongs
Alisa Manasantivongs is a seasoned litigator with over a decade of experience in maritime and transportation matters. She joined Flynn, Delich & Wise in 2011, where her practice focuses on personal injury and wrongful death litigation, intermodal chassis/over the road accidents, cargo loss claims, and insurance and subrogation issues in the intermodal transportation and cruise ship industries. She regularly represents intermodal equipment providers, transportation brokers, steamship lines, marine terminals, vessel and non-vessel operating carriers, and cruise lines, and has extensive experience in all aspects of defense litigation, motion practice, and appeals.
Ms. Manasantivongs is a graduate of Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, where she was a Note and Comment Editor for the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review. Prior to joining Flynn, Delich & Wise, she was an associate at Aleccia, Conner & Socha, where she primarily defended claims brought under the federal Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act. She is admitted to practice in California and Washington.
