Danielle Cruz

Danielle Cruz is an Associate at Flynn, Delich & Wise, where her practice focuses on maritime claims in both federal and state courts. She handles matters arising under the Federal Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act, California state Workers' Compensation laws, passenger injury claims, and a broad range of personal injury and wrongful death actions.

Ms. Cruz’s background includes significant experience in labor and employment defense, advise‑of‑counsel services, general liability, and commercial litigation. She has extensive trial‑preparation experience and previously secured a full arbitration award on behalf of a healthcare provider network. After working with Flynn, Delich & Wise earlier in her career, Ms. Cruz has returned to continue building her practice in maritime law.

Ms. Cruz earned her B.A. from Loyola Marymount University, while competing as a Division I softball player. She received her J.D. from Chapman University’s Fowler School of Law in 2017, where she was a founding member of the school’s Restorative Justice Program and became a certified mediator.

Outside of work, Ms. Cruz enjoys spending time with her family, going to the beach, and cooking.
